Virginia Rawlins is the President & CEO of Building Blocks Together. Founded in 2018, Building Blocks Together's mission is to build wealth and create equity for disenfranchised communities through homebuyer education, real estate ownership and development. Through her work at Building Blocks Together, Virginia has allocated $1.5M in grant funds to support the creation of over 200 African American home buyers. Prior to founding BBT, Virginia held many roles that honed her grant administration, community engagement and development skills. As a NYS Realtor, Virginia uses her unique insight into the real estate market to better serve her clients. Virginia Rawlins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University at Albany.
