He is an award winning multi-lingual real estate advocate known for his expert command of the Hudson Valley real estate market and understanding its intricate intersection with the national and international real estate markets. utilized to craft bespoke strategies for a wide range of clientele, from first time home buyers & sellers to savvy international and institutional investors and family offices. Rey came to real estate sales almost twenty years ago after a successful career in technical education and entrepreneurship.

In addition to maintaining a thriving brokerage practice, Rey has been actively involved in the real estate industry as a volunteer leader at the local and state levels. He is a current Director of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors. He is the founder and currently serves as co-chair of the HGAR Broker Owner Manager Committee, is a member HGAR Diversity Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee, Treasurer of the Bronx Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and continues to serve on several committees at HGAR. He earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative / ABR® credential, Certified International Property Specialist / CIPS, and Seller Representative Specialist / SRS credentials.
Rey's active involvement in various industry associations illustrates his deep commitment to his profession and dedication to contributing to the wider real estate community. Under his leadership this year his BOM committee hosted the first Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate event for the Hudson valley. In the same year he has also combined his work in Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Broker owner development to provide actionable solutions to issues affecting the brokerage community.
