Welcome to the Black Brokers Network

We are proud to be the leading platform created by Black real estate professionals, for our communities. Our mission is to directly connect more Black buyers and sellers with experienced agents, brokers, and loan officers who understand their journey—because we’ve walked in their shoes.

Founded by seasoned leaders in real estate—including former executives of NAREB, state and local REALTOR®️ organizations, and the National Association of REALTORS®️ — the Black Brokers Network was designed to fill a major gap in our industry. We are a for-profit entity under the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance (BREPA), which also leads the nonprofit initiative House Then The Car, promoting financial literacy and homeownership education nationwide.

There are approximately 90,000 Black real estate agents and 31,000 Black loan officers in the U.S.—but millions of Black buyers and sellers still lack access to professionals who can guide them with cultural competence and shared understanding. We’re here to change that.
