Black Brokers Network is a for-profit entity under the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance that also leads the non-profit, “House Then The Car”, financial literacy and home ownership training organization. Donnell Williams is the founder of Black Real Estate Professionals.

The Black Brokers Network was created to fill a void for our community. Not only do we face systemic challenges on the path towards homeownership, but too many individuals in our community lack the knowledge on how to access a real estate professional who “walks in their shoes,” understands their fears, concerns and dreams, and can properly guide them.

Our hope is that by connecting buyers and sellers directly to our members, we can remove a barrier of entry and work to improve our businesses, and the Black homeownership rate.

The Black Brokers Network reaches potential buyers and sellers through strategic marketing efforts that include marketing, public relations, promotions, and digital advertising. Members pay a one-time, nominal, annual membership fee. The Black Brokers Network does not take a referral fee for any transactions that comes via site leads. Each member is responsible for being timely in their outreach to potential clients. Upon reaching out to a member, the consumer receives a series of email responses ensuring that they have connected with that member.
